IMPORTANT NOTES
- Cruises are subject to change due to bad weather conditions
- Minimum of 8 passengers are required for the Daily Cruise to commence
- Infants up to 4 years old are free of charge
- Children from 5-11 years old pay children prices
- You need to be by the boat at least 30 minutes before the embarkation time
- E- ticket print out is not required
- Let us know beforehand for any food allergies or dietary preferences
PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY
- Local taxes are included in the price
- In order to secure your booking, a full deposit will be required at the time of booking
- In case of clients’ cancellation up to 2 days prior the date of their booking, 50% of the fare price is refundable
Please be aware that the cruise and/or schedule may be subject to alteration at Captain’s discretion due to adverse weather conditions or technical reasons, to ensure the safety of our passengers and due to insufficiency of passengers. We will advise you on such alterations as soon as possible
In this instance, passengers have the following options:
- Receive a full refund minus the financial costs of the payment method you had selected via the payment method with which the booking was made
- Choose the cruise on a different date, subject to availability

ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM
When you make an online reservation, you will be asked to complete online booking form providing: your first name, last name, business or private email, phone number, ID/Pasport number, accommodation details and reservation preferences. These information are essential to book and complete your reservation (including the sending of a confirmation email of the booking to you). These details will be stored on a secure server and encrypted and may be used by us to facilitate and personalise future transactions and bookings with you.

ENCRYPTION
