• You need to be by the boat at least 30 minutes before the embarkation time
• E- ticket print out is not required
• Let us know beforehand for any food allergies or dietary preferences

• Local taxes are included in the price
• In order to secure your booking, a full deposit will be required at the time of booking
• In case of clients’ cancellation up to 2 days prior the date of their booking, 50% of the fare price is refundable

Please be aware that the cruise and/or schedule may be subject to alteration at Captain’s discretion due to adverse weather conditions or technical reasons, to ensure the safety of our passengers and due to insufficiency of passengers. We will advise you on such alterations as soon as possible

In this instance, passengers have the following options:

• Receive a full refund minus the financial costs of the payment method you had selected via the payment method with which the booking was made
• Choose the cruise on a different date, subject to availability
